We ship orders from Bergamond & Birch within Germany and selected EU countries.
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

  • EU countries: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination. Delays may occur during holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Germany: Flat shipping rate of €4.99. Free shipping for orders over €70.

  • EU countries: Flat shipping rate of €8.95. Free shipping for orders over €70.

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

7. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we reserve the right to charge for the return shipping costs incurred.
