Return conditions
The following conditions must be met for a return:
- The products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- The packaging is undamaged and complete.
- Returns are only possible for purchases made directly through www.bergamond-birch.com .
- For hygienic reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend shipping with tracking for a secure return.
Return process
Contact us by email at service@bergamond-birch.com with your order number and reason for return.
Send the products to the return address provided by us.
After inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 business days.
Exceptions
The following items are excluded from return:
- Opened, used, or unsealed skin care products
- Individual sets or curated gift boxes
- Gift cards or digital products
Refunds
