At Bergamond & Birch, we deliver high-quality skincare products quickly, safely, and transparently directly to your home. Here you will find all relevant shipping information.

  1. General information
    We deliver within Germany, to all countries in the European Union, and to the USA.
    Please note: Delivery to PO boxes or parcel stations is not possible.
  2. Delivery times
    Germany: 3–5 business days
    EU countries: 5–7 business days
    USA: 5–10 business days
    Delivery times may vary depending on destination, product availability, or holidays. Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  3. Shipping costs
    Germany: €4.95 flat rate | Free shipping on orders over €70
    EU countries: €8.95 flat rate | Free shipping on orders over €70
    USA: €8.95 flat rate | Free shipping on orders over $100
    Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
  4. Shipping providers
    We cooperate with DHL and FedEx to guarantee secure, reliable, and traceable delivery.
  5. Tracking
    After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
    This allows you to track your order status at any time.
  6. International orders (non-EU)
    Additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply for deliveries to the US. These are not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
  7. Undeliverable shipments
    If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipment costs.
    Please always provide a complete and correct delivery address.

Returns/cancellation policy
Bergamond & Birch – High-quality skincare. Carefully selected.

  1. Return period
    You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt – because exceptional care begins with confidence.
  2. Return conditions
    The following conditions must be met for a return:
    The products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
    The packaging must be undamaged and complete.
    Returns are only possible for purchases made directly through www.bergamond-birch.com.
    For hygienic reasons, opened or used products are excluded from return.
  3. Return costs
    The customer bears the cost of the return shipment.
    We recommend shipping with tracking.
  4. Return process
    Contact: service@bergamond-birch.com&nbsp with your order number and reason for return.
    Send the products to the address provided by us.
    After inspection, we will refund your purchase within 7 business days.
  5. Exceptions
    The following items are excluded:
  • Opened, used, or unsealed products
  • Individual sets or gift boxes
  • Gift cards / digital products

Refunds
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
