What is the difference between AHA and physical exfoliation? +
Glycolic acid (AHA) enzymatically dissolves the bonds between dead skin cells. Volcanic sand additionally removes them mechanically. Together, this results in a more thorough exfoliation than either method alone.
How often should I apply it? +
1–2 times per week — no more often. For sensitive skin, start with once a week.
What to apply next? +
Moisturizer and SPF 30+. After exfoliation, the skin is particularly receptive — a good time for your serum.
Suitable for ingrown hairs? +
Yes. The AHA component exfoliates the top layer of skin that encourages ingrown hairs — ideal for men with razor bumps.
Are your products really "clean" formulated? +
Our products are free from silicones, parabens, intentionally used microplastics, and synthetic dyes. Each formula relies on plant-based active ingredients and natural oils, some from certified organic farming. Vegan, dermatologically tested for skin compatibility, and – where indicated – COSMOS NATURAL certified.
